Add staff to your store
Invite staff to your store so they can record sales under their own name. You decide what each person can see and do.
Adding staff means you can step away from the counter and still know exactly what happened. Each person signs in with their own account, so every sale is labelled with who made it.
5 steps
Add a staff member
Open Staff and tap Add staff
TapSettingsStaffAdd staff
Enter their name and phone number
They will use this number to sign in.
Choose a role
For example Cashier or Inventory manager. You can change it later.
Choose which stores they work in
They only see those stores.
Send the invite
They download Zuru and sign in with their number.
Frequently asked questions
Can my staff see my profit?
Only if their role allows it. Cashiers, for example, cannot view profit unless you give them that permission.
