Require an authorised person to confirm payments that staff record, so transfers and POS payments are checked before they count.
Fake transfer alerts are a real problem for shops. Payment approval means a payment only counts once someone you trust confirms the money actually arrived.

Open payment settings

Turn on Require approval
Choose which payment types need it, such as bank transfer.
Choose who can approve
Usually the owner or store manager.
Review pending payments daily
Approve the ones that arrived; query the rest.
